The deadline for registration can be seen on the Call for Papers page and in the fees table below. Registrations apply to all IEEE CIC/CogMI/TPS/RISC co-located conferences. Authors must choose the correct conference when registering. Attendees can choose any conference and are welcome to attend co-located conferences and workshops.

IMPORTANT:

• Paper Registration: At least one author per accepted paper/poster MUST register at the IEEE Member or Non IEEE Member rate on or before the deadline. The Student IEEE Member rate is not available for Author Registration; i.e., student co-authors cannot register for a paper at the Student IEEE Member rate (please note that Paper Registration is important to cover the publication and other costs).

  Papers of authors who fail to attend and present their papers will immediately be removed from further consideration for inclusion in the proceedings and the planned journal special issues.

• Each Paper Registration includes the submission of up to ten (10) pages for a full paper (Regular, Application, and Invited papers), and up to four (4) pages for Posters.

• Multiple Papers: To submit up to four (4) additional papers, the cost is US$450 per paper (early rate) and US$500 per paper (late rate).
• Additional Pages: Additional pages (beyond 10 pages) cost $100 per page. Up to two additional pages can be added.
• Each registration includes access to all co-located conferences and workshops, a USB proceeding, lunches, social banquet, and reception.

Transfer and Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be made by Oct. 15, 2026. There will be an administrative fee of $100 for cancellation. Transfer of registration to another person must be received by Oct. 15, 2026 (for free); after Oct. 15, 2026, there will be a fee of $100 for transfers.
